Custom Designs
No fine jewelry store can call itself "Full Service" without the capabilities of custom design and ornamentation. Our award winning jewelry designer, Summer Phillips, will take your dreams from counter sketches to a finished masterpiece. Master engraver, Albert Bean, has created hundreds of exquisite hand engraved designs on items as diverse as guns, jewelry, motorcycles, fishing reels, boats, and silver plate. Our skilled craftsmen work in all materials, including 18K and Platinum, and can hand fabricate or cast using the lost wax method.
Repairs and Bead Stringing
During the 22 years we have been in business, Victoria's Fine Jewelry has acquired the equipment, technology and skills to handle a wide range of repairs. We have 2 trained repairmen and can repair rings, earrings, pendants, chains, pins and Antique jewelry. We can also custom-string your necklaces and bracelets and will always clean your jewelry before restringing. This can be done in many different styles and we're glad to work with you to create the perfect style for you.
Appraisals
Insuring your fine jewelry is the prudent thing to do in this day and age. For your protection, and as an insurance company requirement, Victoria's Gold can provide insurance appraisals with a detailed descriptions and photographs.
Jewelry Restyling
If an item in your jewelry box has gone out of style or you simply want to try something new, bring it to us. We'll work with your specifications to create something fresh and exciting. Setting stones in their original settings or a new style can be done on the premises. We also repair costume jewelry.
Watch Repair
Watch battery replacement, band adjustments, gasket replacement, pin replacement and simple repairs are done on the premises. Complex watch repair estimates are $15.00, which includes S&H and Insurance to a certified facility.
Eye Glass Repair
We repair most types of eyeglasses using our laser welder.
Wish Lists
We maintain wish lists for any customer who'd like to register special gifts. Whether you want to make sure friends and family know what you've been hoping for or you'd just like to keep track of your desires personally, we're here to help.
Engraving
Our in-store engraver will gladly engrave and personalize most flat jewelry pieces. This service is performed by machine.
